Electronic Funds Transfer Repayment
If you elect to repay your loan via electronic funds transfer ("EFT"), we will withdraw your standard monthly payment via EFT from your bank account at the bank you identify to us each month on the payment date specified in your loan agreement, unless such date is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, in which case we will make the EFT withdraw from your account on the last business day immediately PRECEDING such date so that your monthly payment is not delinquent.
